The Pretty Pashley Parlour - Originally bought as a functioning ice cream bike, Sideshow Snacks re-ignites this beautiful english bicycle into a plethora of different guises. Keeping the traditional ice cream concept during balmy summer days and then changing into hot food in evenings and cooler seasons - each with a unique sideshow snacks twist e.g.

 

Here we go scoop de scoop (or pimp my ice) - Beautiful locally sourced dairy ice cream presented in sleeved sugar cones with a myriad of different toppings and combinations including customised filled cones ( a world first ? ) - an ice cream makeover if you like. Not only that the service is a pure one off from start to finish, we have an ice cream soundtrack with two colourful charactered vendors ranging from the beautiful to the comedic to enhance the whole experience. Costume changes, comedic outbursts, and fantastic music are part and parcel of the whole ice cream parlour experience. 

 

Souped up - fantastic homemade soups, delightfully tickled in front of your eyes with our shelf of souper enhancers (herbs, cheeses, hot sauces, etc...) by none other than our very own  souperman and soupergirl! With a souper soundtrack (can you see where we're going with this?) !

 

You ain't nothing like a hot dog - Award winning Locally made sausages (outdoor reared ) and chorizo, cuddled in soft organic rolls, with the thoughtfully designed toppings and homemade sauces (ranging from sauerkraut, chipotle salsa, sweet smoked paprika onions, etc...) with... you guessed it an elvis/rock n roll 50's diner themed character soundtrack accompaniment.

The bohemoth burger bar - This novel shaped burger bar is the last existing of a pair designed for use in a theme park on Eastbourne sea front. We now bring this bonkers beauty back to life with some new twists:

 

The King's burger -  Elvis - the king of rock n roll, you may also know was the king of burger eating, well, we bring homage to the king with our very own elvis burger menu. Using 6oz homemade patties made using our own secret recipe and naturally reared beef and our specially designed toppings. All served up with our Elvis vendors, the king's soundtrack, plus puns and soundbites aplenty! This can be combined with our sister stall You ain't nothing like a hot dog to create Graze-land.

 

The boogie woogie burger bar - Turn off the griddle and bring out the optics, we can convert this food bar into a small drinking establishment complete with a dj, a small soundsystem and flashing lights.

 

The famous Moby Richards fish shack -  Fresh mackerel fillets and other sustainable delights, cooked to perfection on the griddle, served with a spiced cous cous, various sauce options and toppings, by a couple of salty sea dogs (think captain haddock/blackbeard/striped sweaters/mullets etc..) telling their fishy stories, as well as the occasional impromptu renditions of traditional sea shanties (and sometimes their own minor hits including 'mackerel is the chicken of the sea', 'day kipper', 'dancing bream' and their cover of 'sole man' originally by salmon dave). Decorated with flotsam and jetsam, augmented with whale calls and suitable music (heavy on the bass.....sorry). The Famous Moby Richards fish shack a truly unique experience.
